How do I book tickets?

How long is the tour?

Our Winter route (november 1st - April 15th) is 1 Hour long.
Our other tours last approximately 1 Hour 30 minutes.

Where does the tour start/end?

Our winter tour meets Opposite Luna Park, Near the Old Toll House.
Our other tours meet on castle road between st marys church and the castle (54.2869355, -0.3922074). What 3 words: Pokers.went.tricks
If there are any changes you will be contacted and it will be posted on our socials.

Do you offer private tours?

Is the tour suitable for children?

Accepted Answer

Yes the tour is suitable for children, however anyone under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

Are dogs welcome?

Of course! We love dogs, the more the merrier as long as they are well behaved and kept on a lead at all times.

Where can I park?

Accepted Answer

There are a few car parks that are free/cheap after 6pm. St Marys car park is at the start of the tour, so you would have to walk back up to your car after the tour. Or you could park at the seafront (where we end the tour) so you don't have to walk back up.

Is the tour accessible?

Accepted Answer

We try to keep our route as accessible as possible for everyone. However, Scarborough is a historic town with cobbled streets and is uneven in some places. We avoid using steps during the tour, but there is a steep hill we walk down. Therefore we encourage wheelchair users to bring along an assistant (no need to book an additional ticket).  If you are concerned whether the tour is suitable for you, please get in touch info@enchantingocassion.co.uk

What should I wear?

The tour is outdoors so please dress appropriately for the weather and something comfortable. sensible shoes for walking are recommended.

Can I take photos during the tour?

Yes, you can take photos, we love to see if you capture anything unusual! However if you take any video, please try and keep our stories secret so it doesn't ruin the tour for anyone else.
